This wooden block set invites children to stack, sort and combine colourful pieces decorated with different emotions. Each block shows an expression, which offers a playful way to talk together about happiness, sadness, anger or surprise while playing. It is a simple, screen-free game that a child can enjoy alone or together with a parent, a brother or a sister, at any time of day.
The blocks are made of sturdy wood and finished with water-based paint. Their block shape lets children build towers, line them up by colour or by expression, or make up little stories. The bright colours catch the eye and make children want to handle the pieces, turn them over and combine them again and again, following their own imagination, at home or at the grandparents' house.
The set is easy to clean after every play session, with a quick wipe of a cloth. Compact in size, it measures 12.5 × 8 × 4 cm and weighs 190 g, so it fits easily on a shelf, in a toy box or in a travel bag. It is suitable for children aged 3 and up and makes a lovely gift for a birthday, a celebration or simply for the fun of it.
