In case of a pricing error, we will inform you as soon as possible. You may proceed at the corrected price or cancel at no charge.

We are not obliged to deliver at the incorrect amount in case of a manifest error.

Order and confirmation
Orders are processed subject to availability.
A purchase contract is only concluded at the time of sending the order confirmation.
Items in the same order may be shipped separately.
We reserve the right to remove products from the site without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, even after confirmation.
In case of cancellation by us after payment, the total amount will be refunded.

6. Payment

6.2 Maison Elmora is not responsible for fraudulent use of your payment method by a third party.
6.3 You agree not to make unjustified chargebacks.

7. Delivery
7.1 We deliver to the address provided at the time of order.
7.2 A delivery estimate is provided to you at checkout.
7.3 If delivery is impossible, we will contact you for cancellation and full refund.
7.4 The responsibility for loss or damage is yours upon delivery.

8. Cancellation or modification of your order

8.2 If the order is already prepared or shipped, a return according to article 10 will be necessary.
8.3 Due to automation, cancellation is exceptional after a period of 24 hours.

9. Defective or damaged products

9.1 The products offered on Maison Elmora are standard non-customized items.

9.3 Images are provided for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the product received.
9.4 If you receive a defective product, contact us at info@maisonelmora.com with a description and a photo.
9.5 Return the defective product according to the instructions in article 10.
9.6 Once the returned product is received, we will examine it carefully.
9.7 If the defect is confirmed, we will inform you by email.
9.8 Maison Elmora is committed, at its discretion, to replace or refund the defective product.
9.9 If the product is found not to be defective, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

10. Return and refund policy

10.1 Our return policy is an integral part of these general conditions.

10.3 Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
10.4 We will only proceed with the refund after receiving and verifying the product.
10.5 The product must be returned intact, unused, with its tags and original packaging.
10.6 Maison Elmora reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a deduction if the product does not meet our conditions.
10.7 The refund will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
10.8 The final refund will only be validated after physical inspection of the returned goods.

11. Discount codes and vouchers

You can use promotional codes when checking out your order.
Enter the code in the field provided on the checkout page.
The amount of the discount will be automatically deducted from the total.
Only one promotional code is allowed per order.
Discount vouchers have no monetary value.
If the value of the voucher is less than the total, you will pay the balance by another payment method.

Authorized use of the site

It is forbidden to use the site in a manner likely to cause damage or disrupt its operation.
You are personally responsible for any damage suffered by Maison Elmora due to prohibited use.
You agree to inform us immediately of any observed abuse.
