How long does delivery take?

We offer free delivery in mainland France for all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow the delivery of your light fixture in real time.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused item, in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions for shipping.
  • We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
