1. Coverage Area

Maison Elmora currently delivers to Metropolitan France and Australia. Other international destinations will be available soon.

2. Applicable Products

This shipping policy applies to the entire catalog available at www.maisonelmora.com. Each item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

3. Delivery Terms

Orders are delivered directly to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. For now, we do not offer pickup at relay points or automatic lockers.

4. Order Cut-off Time

Any order placed before 6:00 PM (GMT+1), from Monday to Friday, is processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time, as well as orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Processing Time

After your payment is validated, we prepare your package within 1 to 2 business days. This step includes order verification, rigorous quality control, and secure packaging.

6. Shipping and Delivery Times

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days for France and 10 to 20 business days for Australia.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday.

Note: Additional delays may occur during peak periods (holiday season, sales, etc.).

7. Shipping Costs

We have chosen to simplify your shopping experience: standard delivery is free for all our customers, in France as well as in Australia. No processing, restocking, or packaging fees will be charged to you.

8. Address Changes

In case of an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at info@maisonelmora.com. We will do our best to correct the address if the package has not yet been processed. Once shipped, the destination of an order cannot be changed.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of receipt without valid reason, or an unclaimed package at the post office, Maison Elmora reserves the right to deduct the actual return costs from your refund amount.

10. Customs Duties and Taxes

For deliveries to Metropolitan France, no customs duties or additional import taxes are expected. The price displayed at checkout is the final price.

For deliveries to Australia, orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes according to Australian legislation. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
