These gel insoles slip into your usual shoes to add extra support to every step. The gel cushions contact with the ground and follows the movement of the foot as you walk, on the pavement or along a trail. They go into a pair of trainers, town shoes or hiking boots in a few seconds, and come out just as easily so you can move them from one pair to the next whenever you like.
Two sizes are offered to cover most shoe sizes: S for AU sizes 3 to 7 and L for AU sizes 7.5 to 11. This simple split makes choosing straightforward, and the insole then takes the shape of the shoe it is placed in. Three colours, beige, black or red, let you match them to the inside of the shoe or simply pick the shade you like best for your own pair.
