This high-contrast baby book is made with the youngest in mind. Instead of loud colours, flashing lights or sounds, it shows bold black and white patterns: animals, shapes and simple pictures that are easy to look at. Set it in front of your baby during tummy time, take it along on a stroller walk or bring it out for a quiet moment together on the play mat, wherever you happen to be that day.
The pages are made of soft, foldable fabric with no hard edges, so little hands can grab, pull and explore them. Thanks to the accordion design, the book unfolds and stands upright on its own beside your baby, with no extra support and no need to keep repositioning it. Folded back up, it becomes a small, compact book that slips easily into the nappy bag or the basket under the stroller.
Lightweight and small, it takes the place of bulky toys when you are out and about, visiting grandparents or on holiday. The simple drawings, without unnecessary detail, invite your baby to look at each page calmly and at their own pace. Always stay close to your child during tummy time and remove the book from the cot or sleeping area after use, as with any fabric toy.
