This felt activity book tells the story of Santa's journey on Christmas Eve. But the story is not only read aloud: on every page, your child uses hands-on pieces to move the tale along. Rather than simply listening, they become the storyteller and bring each scene to life, one page after another. In the spirit of Montessori-inspired toys, they discover the story with their hands, at their own pace and without a screen.
The book is made of soft felt with strong stitched bindings that hold the pages together. Closed, it measures 26.5 x 26 x 9 cm and weighs 570 g, a size that slips easily into a bag for a car journey, a train trip or a visit to the grandparents over the holidays. It can be explored alone or together, adding new details with every read, and brought out again each year as Christmas comes around.
To clean it, the book is spot clean only, using a slightly damp cloth on the area concerned. It is recommended from age 3. With its festive colours and fabric pages, it makes a lovely gift idea to tuck under the tree, or to give during Advent as part of the countdown to the holidays with the whole family.
