This set brings together four wooden puzzles to play with on the table or on the floor. Each board holds colourful pieces that need to go back in the right place: your child looks at the shapes, sizes and colours, turns a piece that doesn't fit, tries another and keeps going until the last piece clicks into position. It is a calm, screen-free activity in the spirit of Montessori-inspired toys.
The puzzles are made of wood and painted with non-toxic paint. The pieces have rounded edges that are pleasant to hold. Each board measures 21.3 x 10 x 1.5 cm, a size that is easy to keep on a low shelf where your child can take them out and put them back on their own. The full set weighs 460 g, and the four puzzles can be offered one at a time to keep play sessions varied.
To clean the pieces, wipe them with a damp cloth and a mild soap, then dry them straight away with a clean cloth. Avoid soaking them or leaving them in prolonged contact with liquids so that the wood and the colours stay in good condition. The set is recommended from age 3 and makes a practical birthday present, as it takes up very little space.
