Around their first birthday, toddlers love banging, throwing and dropping things. This shape sorting box channels that energy into a game that calls for attention and precise movements: children look at each piece, find the matching opening and slide it into the right place. It seems simple, yet it keeps little hands busy and invites them to try again and again, at their own pace, until every shape has found its home.
The set includes one sorting box and six pieces in different shapes. It measures 14 x 14 x 14 cm, weighs 230 g and comes in two versions, cylinder or cube. It is made of BPA-free ABS plastic, an impact-resistant and odourless material, and the edges of the box are polished for a smooth surface under little fingers. It is suitable for children from 12 months, and its compact size makes it easy to store.
Cleaning is easy: wash the pieces by hand in warm water with a mild detergent, then wipe them with a dry cloth or let them air dry. This screen-free toy fits in the bedroom, the living room or a travel bag. It also makes a thoughtful gift for a first birthday or a baby shower, one that young parents will appreciate.
