Fresh herbs, half a courgette, a handful of strawberries or last night's leftovers: this reusable food storage pod gives each item its own place in the fridge. It replaces cling film, bags and bulky containers with one simple format that you fill, close and put away in a matter of seconds, whether it is fruit, vegetables, herbs or a portion of leftovers waiting for tomorrow's lunch.
Its vented lid balances airflow and moisture inside the pod. The pods are stackable, which helps keep the shelves and the vegetable drawer tidy, even when several foods are sharing the space. Four colours are available, green, red, yellow and orange, so you can see at a glance what is stored where, or give each type of food its own colour.
After use, the pod goes into the dishwasher and is ready to use again. Because it is reusable, it cuts down on disposable wrapping in everyday use. Store clean food that is suitable for keeping in the fridge, and eat it within the usual time frame. By combining several colours, you can build a set that suits your fridge and the way you cook. Each purchase includes one pod, in the colour of your choice.
