This deep tissue massage tool has been designed to target the psoas and hip area, a region often put under strain by long hours of sitting or by movement. Its shape stands out for its two peaks, which replicate the hands and elbows of an experienced massage therapist. They let you apply localised pressure exactly where you want it, simply by letting your own body weight do the work for you.
Using it is intuitive: you lie down, position the tool under the area you want to work on and adjust the pressure by changing your posture. This principle of targeted massage provides a moment of deep relaxation without needing anyone else's help or booking an appointment. The rigidity of the tool ensures the pressure stays steady and precise for the whole session, from one use to the next.
Compact and with no moving parts, it stores in a drawer or a sports bag and wipes clean with a cloth. It suits an evening wind-down routine as much as a recovery moment after physical activity. A simple accessory that lets you recreate at home the movements of a deep massage, at your own pace and as often as you like, whenever the day leaves you a few quiet minutes.
