This heavy-duty doormat is made for busy entrances, where mud, dust and moisture come in with every pair of shoes. Its striped polyester surface traps dirt before it reaches your indoor floors, whether it lies in front of the main door, at the back of the house, by the garage or at the entrance of a small shop or office. It is a simple way to keep the floors inside cleaner for longer.
The non-slip rubber backing keeps the mat in place, even when people wipe their feet vigorously or hurry in with the shopping. At around 5 mm thick, it stays flat and the door opens over it easily. According to the specifications, the material is waterproof, corrosion-resistant, colourfast and wrinkle-free, which helps the mat keep a tidy look through the seasons, in wet weather as well as dry.
Cleaning is easy: just shake the mat out, vacuum it or rinse it with water, then let it dry before putting it back. The understated striped pattern goes with most front doors and entrance halls, from modern to more traditional. The mat is available in red, brown and grey, and in three sizes, from 50 × 80 cm up to 80 × 120 cm for wider entrances or double doors.
