1. Shipping Coverage
At Maison Elmora, we currently only deliver within France. Although international delivery is not yet available, we are actively working to expand our services to other countries soon.
2. Affected Products
Our delivery policy applies to all products offered in our online store. Each item is carefully prepared to ensure reliable shipping.
3. Delivery Locations
Orders are shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer at checkout. It is not possible to choose pickup at a relay point or automatic locker at this time.
4. Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 6 PM (GMT+1), Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or during the weekend and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
5. Order Processing Time
Packages are usually prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days. This timeframe includes order validation, quality control, and packaging.
6. Shipping and Delivery Times
Once the package is shipped, delivery in France takes about 5 to 7 business days. Deliveries occur only on business days, from Monday to Friday. The total delivery time is estimated between 6 and 9 business days. Delays may occur during peak periods or public holidays.
7. Shipping Fees
Maison Elmora is pleased to offer free standard shipping for all orders shipped within France. No additional costs will be charged for processing or packaging.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maisonelmora.com. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee anything if the order has already been processed or shipped.
9. Undeliverable Packages
In the event of a delivery failure due to an incorrect address, refusal of the package, or failure to pick up, we reserve the right to deduct return and reshipping fees from your refund amount.
10. Customs Duties and Taxes
As our deliveries are currently limited to France, customs duties and import taxes do not apply. For future international deliveries, specific rules will be communicated.
